Christmas is just around the corner and so we are doing something a bit different (for us) and so we launch the Christmas Advent Challenge.

December for most of us, is a month of shopping, parties, scrummy food, the odd tipple or two and sometimes physical activity gets pushed to the back of the queue of things to do. So we challenge you to do something active for each day of advent. It doesn't have to be running a half marathon/marathon every day, it can be something as simple as walking the dog, going to Yoga, dancing at the christmas party, walk to the train station instead of drive (and this means you can fit in an extra beverage or two) and if you want to run marathons, then wow (plus I think that means you can eat more mince pies) !!!

Our medals for this one are 90mm big, is sparkly, has spinning things and has the 24 days of advent to reveal. We are so pleased and excited about this one.

As this is Christmas, it seems right that this will also be a charity medal for us and we will be supporting The Georgia Williams Trust. The trust is in memory of Georgia who had an unparalleled zest for life and adventure with the Trust supporting young people and sports clubs in getting active and being active in the community. It provides grants for sporting equipment to clubs and to young people who don't necessarily have the financial access to equipment and support. Given the nature of this challenge, the charity seems particulary apt. We really hope people enjoy and get behind this very special christmas activity challenge.

You can opt to either have your medal when you finish the challenge or for the start of December, revealing each of the pictures for each day of advent once you have done your activity for the day. If the latter we will send you a Log sheet to record your daily activity - just send a photo of it to us at and we will send you your medal in the post.

We look forward to welcoming you !
